If
you should decide to return an item, we ask that it be sent back
insured for the full value (the amount you paid for the item)
via a trackable method (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) Any item which is customized
in any way, or which is a vintage or one-of-a-kind piece, will
be a final sale. All stockings, tights and armwarmers are also a final sale. Once we have received the returned garment, we
will credit your account, do an exchange or issue a shop credit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returned
or exchanged items.
Return
time period:
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit refund within
SEVEN days of the receipt of purchase. Returns are not accepted
after the specified day from receipt.
Return
shipping costs:
Shipping costs are paid for by the customer; all merchandise should
be shipped via a trackable method and insured for full value.
In-store purchases must still be returned within 1 week in unworn
condition, for exchange or store credit only.
