Since
every garment is handmade, one at a time, please be patient.
We fill orders as fast as superhumanly possible but if you need
something right away, let us know. Sometimes we will stay up
all night to complete your order for a small additional "rush"charge.
(See shipping policy) Once
your payment has cleared, you can expect to receive your garments
in about two weeks which isn't bad for so much magic. Of course,
we will notify you if there will be a longer wait.

Most
of our FaeryWear is made of the finest silks and silk velvets
and has been washed and distressed to perfect softness before
being sent out into the world. That means most of it is easy
to care for and can be safely washed by hand or gently by
machine. The chiffons can hang to dry and they dry very quickly!
The velvets can be dried by machine with a fabric softener
sheet and you will love how they feel! Please be aware that
any tattered edges and other signs of being worn while sleeping
under brambles are intentional because...have you ever seen
a faery with a hem? We hope you won't sleep under any brambles,
though, until you're sure you're keeping your FaeryWear. Once
the original tag has been removed, or if the garment appears
worn we will not accept it as a return.

Please
try on your new FaeryWear right away and let us know
if it doesn't fit. You can send it back to us and we
will magically make it fit and return it to you as long
as the tags are still attached. You can read our return
policy here:
Remember! Don't let any wicked goblins remove the tags
until you are sure you are keeping everything. On the
other hand, if you are thrilled with your FaeryWear
and want to become famous, send us a photo and we will
post it so the world will see your unearthly beauty.
Do
not ask us to pay for additional shipping charges, custom
duties, etc. We only make clothes, we don't spin flax
into gold.
Speaking of shipping, your charges will be automatically
calculated if you click the button during checkout.
If you live anywhere outside the US, please give us
your phone number or email address so we can let you
know how much to pay for shipping. Remember that your
garment will not be sent until the shipping has been
paid for.

All
of our one-of-a-kind pieces are
just that, one of a kind. We won't make them, ever again,
so if you really want something we suggest that you buy it
before it disappears forever. All these very special garments
are lovingly made one stitch at a time and will come to you
with a certificate of authenticity...don't accept any substitutions.
We are the only true makers of Amy Brown FaeryWear, according
to Amy Brown, herself...there are no others. All items are
available as long as we have dead leaves, petals, dewdrops
and cob webs to make them...when they are gone they will be
replaced by other colors and other materials. Items that are
not purchased at the same time may be from different dye lots.
Faeries don't care about these details, and neither should
you.
If you dream of having something special whipped up by us
for a prom, wedding or coronation please give us plenty of
time and communication, as well as money...we will make you
something breaktaking that will be remembered forever.

one more disclaimer: although our wings are the most
beautiful you can find anywhere and made especially
and exclusively for us by the Faery WingMeister, T.
Robinson, and even though they are so comfortable
you will believe they have been growing out of your
back since birth, Please do not try to fly in them unless
you weigh under .25 ounces! You won't stay up and you
will ruin everything!
